Within 7 days of delivery, undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason. The refund process will begin once the returned item is received at UNQUE’s warehouse for inspection.

• Returns must include all accessories.

• Items must be in the original packaging.

• The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for non-quality-related warranty claims.

• Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above

What Does The Warranty Cover

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by UN1QUE or UN1QUE’s authorized resellers are covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

During this period, we will replace any defective or malfunctioning product. After 7 days of delivery, products are not eligible for a refund but can be replaced with a new product or a coupon code of equal value.

What The Warranty Does Not Cover

• Products without sufficient proof of purchase

• Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

• Lost or stolen products.

• Free products.

• Non-quality related issues (after 7 days of delivery).

• Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls,
